We, the Official Employees of the Municipality of Lumban with the blessings of the Almighty and in our desire to make Lumban a progressive, peaceful and a better place to live in, commit to provide the best quality service through the total customer satisfaction to our members and to contribute to the well-being of the society that we serve hereby pledge to:
W - rite the Citizen Charter to serve as Guide for a good governance by providing our citizenry with good services from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Mondays through Fridays.
O - bligate our employees to serve our clients with utmost dedication and commitment to service and abide by the strict standards of excellence in public service.
R - espond to the needs of the clients the easiest and fastest way possible for customer satisfaction and for ensuring responsive and effective government of, by and for the Lumbeño.
K - now the complaints of our constituents and address them within a short period of time and find ways to prevent them from happening again. We will plan our WORK but what is important is to work on our plan.

Geographical Information
Lumban, officially the Municipality of Lumban (Tagalog: Bayan ng Lumban), is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Laguna, Philippines. It can reach this town Passing Through Rizal Province via Manila East Road or SLEX. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 32,330 people. 
Lumban is one of Laguna's oldest towns, located 104 kilometres (65 mi) southeast of Manila. It got its name from Aleurites moluccanus, a tree locally named "lumbang". The province's capital town, Santa Cruz, as well as Cavinti and Pagsanjan, were once part of Lumban. The town is the location of the river, wherein the Laguna Copperplate Inscription was found. The copperplate is the oldest known document found in the Philippines, dating to 900AD.
